Because water happens.
I used to shudder every time I thought of what I would do if my kid asked for a licensed character party. Sponge Bob, Cinderella, Stitch...would my aversion break her heart? But then I stumbled upon these posts and now I have hope!

I love your blog.. I have been reading for a while now and I have to say you and bug really make me smile.. This is my first comment.. But I have been wondering for some time now what kinda of camera you use.. ?? It takes such crisp pictures in and out of water i just love it… Thanks so much for your time and for making my day with your wonderful blog…

Thanks everybody. And really, I’m not trying to be mean! I’m helping you out! I have a canon powershot d10. It doesn’t have the greatest color but for a point and shoot, it’s one of the best.

These are really impressive shots. Love the inner tube one of course. The contrast between the girls’ expressions and C-Man’s is pretty hilarious.

ha ha! I think she’s freaking out because she was in the inner tube first. It was fine when the other little girl got in but then C-man jumped in too and she was starting to get claustrophobic… but he hopped out right out of this photo. It was all in fun.

I’m glad to see a real review (with pictures) of the d10. I still want to get a waterproof camera, but haven’t been able to commit with all of the mixed reviews. I am torn between the D10 and the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1.
