Something handy! These Mehndi cookies fascinate me. I went through a stage in college where I loved having my hands painted with henna and these cookies take me right back. They make me want to put on a sari and host a Bollywood party!

Your arm will feel like it should fall off rather than torment you for about 5 days after you get your shot, so leave it until AFTER you’ve done any/all necessary lifting.

I absolutely know how you feel–and I’m not even a mom! I know the feeling though, of needing to get a hundred things done seemingly at once and not having enough time to even get started!

Can you come illustrate my life please? I’m sure it will seem much more…uh…pleasant with illustrations.

can’t wait to see your Alpha Mom mystery craft. I went out and got everything to make the soap snow globes with my 4 year old for this Xmas. I’m excited to make them with her. I hope that your Alpha Mom craft is something for kids to make and give as a gift to their moms and dads for Christmas because those kinds of crafts have been sorely lacking from all of the magazines that I subscribe to.

I hear ya – I work best under pressure too. I haven’t even made a list yet of all the things that need to get done.
Also, the H1N1 shot seems to be effective in 1 out of 4 people who get it. Might not be worth it, and then you could cross it off your list! :)

Heee, I’ve just noticed that you draw your fringe swooping the opposite direction from the way we see it. Just goes to show how used we all are to the way we look in our reflection :-)

This reminds of the lady who “draws” the keynotes at SXSW. Oh, I can’t remember her name. Sunny – something??? But she is awesome and YOU are awesome!
