I have stuff for you!
July 23rd, 2009Today is your lucky day! August and September calendars are available for you to download finally!
I also have a super fun craft up at Alpha+Mom. I know, I always say they are super fun (and they are) but this one is SUPER fun and easy. I’d even venture to say it’s easier than the Snowglobe Soaps. Not much mess and you don’t need any supplies other than last night’s take-out container! Seriously.
If you make one of these, please add it to my Undercover Crafts Club. I would really love to see what other people come up with!
Personally, I’m wearing mine out tonight.

Cheers m’ dear. That necklace your wearing looks swanky. I don’t think we have the same takeout containers in the UK though … but maybe I can find some other plastic I can use. Seriously impressed. I think these would go down a storm in Camden market.

the one you are wearing would be great as a necklace for a wilma flinestones costume which i am considering dressing up as this year :)
thanks for the great idea.

I have a little gift for the Bug but once again lost your address. I am not fit to be taking care of other human beings these days. Can you send me Ms H’s address so I can put her little thing in the mail? And please don’t tell her.

I love you. Of course I mean in the non-creepy-love-I-have-for-someone-who-makes-my-life-easier kind of way. I was just looking at my fridge thinking that I need an August calendar and *poof* you gave me one. Thank you! :D
I think the necklaces are awesome. Where do you come up with these ideas? I need more creative mojo.

I’ve been wondering what we can do with our take-out containers. The necklaces are a great idea!

Cute idea! I thought Baby Bug’s was made out of potato chips at first, until I read!

Thank you for the calendars! It was the first time we used one this month and it was such a help. We had a new medication for one of our dogs and I put little check boxes on the calendar. So much easier than, “did you give Waldo his drops? Did you give Nestle her pill? Have you fed them yet?” and on and on.
And love the necklaces. Before I saw the picture of you making the styro-chip, I thought it was some really bright thick potato chip.

This is taking eco-wear to a whole new level.

This craft reminds me of the mini flower pots we would make from styrofoam cups. You decorate with markers and then bake in the oven as they “shrink” and become hard. Of course this was always a summer craft as the doors HAD to be held open to help with the vapors.

I love your necklace!!
