Kid update: They both ran on Saturday and qualified for Regionals in Seattle. So, I will take them out of school early on the 21st and head up the road. Traffic is alway crazy in Seattle. We’ll spend the night near the course so the kids are well rested. This race should be harder to advance out of but wouldn’t it be great if they did.

The coach took that picture. The boy is not smiling simply because he had to stand so close to his sister!!
