cat sitting
October 18th, 2008Bug and I are going to be cat-sitting all next week for Bethany. We won’t really sit on the cats. We love Katy and Lily. Who knows what kind of trouble we will get into though. I’m thinking of re-decorating their living room in red velvet and maybe some marble columns. What do you think?

Somehow, I don’t think that red velvet is Bethany’s style! Love your illustration!

You don’t scare me, because I know that in order to redecorate the living room you’d have to unpack all the boxes and get them out of the way first.
That illo is fantastic. Thanks soooooo much for your help!

Bethany needs to make you a ‘thank you for sitting’ card with that picture on it…so cute! :)

This is EXACTLY what I used to imagine when I was a little girl and someone said the sitter was coming. Hee.

Oh I love the illo.
I so want to learn to sketch/draw/whatever.
Can you teach me?
Huh Huh?

My grandma used to garden-sit for us and took it upwon herself to “help” with the laundry. That’s how my dad’s undies ended up in my dresser.

Maybe you should use the red velvet to redecorate the boxes in Bethany’s living room?

Have fun at Hotel Actually.
Your reading material was sent priority yesterday.
And the craft supplies. Of course I thought of a cute way to package them right after I just threw them in and sealed the envelope.

HAHA. Cat sitting. Maybe some covers for the boxes to make them look like furniture?? Looking forward to hearing about all your cat sitting adventures. Do you do turtle sitting also?

You were our favorite babysitter, I’m sure the cats will have a grand ‘ol time with you two! I found a letter when I moved that we wrote to 21yr old Jo. It was hilarious, filled with adventure, romance and a Russian submarine. Thank you!

I’m catching up with my blog reading, feels so weird. I actually have posts waiting to be read from before our visit with you!
And this picture cracked me up. :-D I like the cats’ eyes and their tongues.
