Oh she’s such a cute, happy little thing! And her mischievousness and personality just shines from her eyes! Especially in the third down on the right! : )

  2. The Chatty Housewife Says:

I love those photos! They are so beautiful and lively and the colors are fun. They remind me of Ikea stuffed animals.

Gosh your days must be busy keeping up with this little bundle of mischeif :) I just checked through a couple of of your photos on Flickr, I love the Siamese cats and trees.

  5. Jennifer Says:

What a ham. Great set of pictures. Sometimes I’m amazed at 2 year old energy but then I remember that Audrey is sleeping 12+ hours a day and it all makes so much sense.

  6. DeeJay Says:

  12. Jen O. Says:

What a little old school break dancer! The outfit and all!

I love this kind of energy in toddlers. The no holds barred dancing/hopping/running craziness. Wouldn’t it be great if we all had dancing-toddler energy?

  13. Angella Says:

She looks like a bundle of fun :)

  14. Lori Says:

ah, that’s a happy sight on a monday morning :^)

  15. Camels & Chocolate Says:

She looks like she’s doing yoga…or break dancing…I can’t decide which one! She is so precious, though!

  16. Shamelessly Sassy Says:

lovely photos. My daughter does the same thing, all day.

  17. Anonymous Says:

She’s adorable! Does she have an agent? ;-)

And if you don’t mind me moving the spotlight away from her just a teeny tiny bit – I also love the light in that room.

  18. Photographer Lori Says:

Those are awesome! You need to print them and hang them! :)

  19. adriana Says:

    Super cute.

You should think about starting your own photography business and just specialize in children. You have this great ability to capture the magic in their eyes. And you could bring the bug along to cheer up your subjects, so you wouldn’t need to worry about child care.

Then you could make these amazing artistic collages and custom photo books incorporating the photos and your illustrations and charge an arm and a leg, and you would have distinguished yourself from a lot of other photographers in the area.

  20. Red Sonja Says:

Thanks for sharing – she looks like she’s break dancin’! B-Girl Baby Bug!

  21. Sarah Says:

These are the best!!! Cutest outfit, best hair, fun poses, so much fun!!! You seem to always have a good time (in stark contrast to yesterday when it rained all day and I had no idea how to entertain my 1 year old – help!).

    very cool!

  26. chelsie Says:

And I was just lameting the amount of ENERGY my ONE year old has! I’m SCREWED when she’s two!

PS – What camera are you using? Mine is pi$$ing me off…. I can’t take a focused pic for the life of me (it’s some kind of fancy/expensive Olympus digital). I hate it! My husband said we could buy a new one – to capture the magic of kids! So HELP! What kind of camera takes FANTASTICALLY adorable pics as those!

    Bug is SO cute!

SAJ says: I’ve been using my Canon TX1. I got it fixed! It works great. Just don’t take it to the beach. For the beach, I use my water-proof/smash-proof/apple-sauce-proof Pentax Optio 3000! (I added the 3000 because we watch Wow Wow Wubsy a lot. I think it’s just a W30 or something less important sounding.

Seems to me she’s a “ham”! Which reminds me of another little “ham” from 30+ years ago who would say, “I not a ham!” BTW, her outfit totally reflects who she is. Love it.
